Chicken Vegetable Soup

Chicken vegetable soup is a satisfying dinner that is hearty, comforting, and full of nutritious ingredients.

With a lovely medley of textures and flavors, this soup is a warm and appealing option especially on chilly days.

The soup’s chicken is usually sliced into bite-sized chunks and cooked without the bones or skin to keep it tender and fast cook.

A traditional comfort food, chicken vegetable soup, is especially good in the winter.

Combining the lean protein of chicken with a range of vitamins and minerals from the veggies makes chicken vegetable soup a nutrient-dense meal.

Heat extra virgin olive oil. Add the diced celery, garlic, and onions. Sauté them for approximately five minutes.

To the pot, add the chicken. Cook until the outsides are no longer pink, about 10 minutes.

Fill the pot with chicken broth. This forms the soup’s foundation.

Simmer the soup with the mixed veggies added, and season with salt and black pepper.

After the vegetables are soft, boil the soup for another ten to fifteen minutes.

Spoon hot soup into bowls and enjoy. If desired, you may also add some fresh herbs as a garnish.
